Evaluation of the Results of Antiglide Plating of Vertical Medial Malleolus Fractures

Background: Vertical fractures of the medial malleolus are fixed with cancellous screws placed perpendicular to fracture site. It is important buttress by placing a screw washer at proximal apex or use small tubular plate T-plate as buttress.
